Delivery & Returns

On every item you will see a delivery estimate, e.g., 10 working days. This is the time taken for a product to be delivered to us and then for us to dispatch it to you. You should expect delivery no more than 4 days after dispatch. You will receive an email from us once your product is dispatched.

Delivery prices

Free delivery – On some items we offer free delivery. This will be noted on the individual product pages themselves and no delivery will be charged on checkout.

Bespoke Quote – To give you the best price and the best service we can, on some items we will give you an individual quote once you have purchased the item. On items where this is applicable, it will be clearly outlined on the product page with an estimate as to what the final delivery cost will be, we don’t want there to be any surprises. We make a promise that the quote will not exceed that listed within on the product page for items delivered in the UK.

On checkout you will be charge £0 for delivery. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed with an exact cost based on your location, which you can then confirm and pay for.

This enables us to keep delivery costs as low as possible for all our customers.

 

UK Mainland Delivery £5.95

These will be delivered by a national courier. They will be delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch, between Monday and Friday. Someone will have to sign for the items on delivery. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and you it will either be re-delivered, be able to collect from a neighbour or collect from the local post office. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away.

Larger items – £39.95

These items will be delivered by a specialist furniture courier. They will be in contact to a organise delivery date via text or email, 3-4 days before delivery. You will receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery and the item can be delivered to any downstairs room of choice. Depending on the item, please have someone to help the delivery driver where necessary. If there is no-one available, the item may not be delivered and you will incur the delivery charges for re-delivering. You will sign a delivery note and be given a ‘safe delivery’ receipt. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away (unless requested). Please also remember that it is your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors /staircases in their packaging before you place your order.

Delivery days

Delivery will take place Monday to Friday. For some larger items we may be able to arrange delivery on a Saturday. Please check with us before ordering.

How to return and Item:

 

We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item. If you are not satisfied your purchase for any reason, please inform us immediately by email; info@roseandleeinteriors.com  or by telephone on 0161 773 0626.

Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remained in a re-sellable condition.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as the customer received it. For small items the customer is required to organise returns themselves, for larger items of furniture Rose and Lee Interiors will organise collection. Please note any / all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and that the customer bears all return shipping costs.

The 14 day money back guarantee commences from the time the customer or the customer’s representative receives and signs for the goods. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires. 

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/special offer that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price.

Damaged Deliveries

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.

If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately to inform us quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage. We will organise a collection and ship a replacement out to you immediately subject to stock availability.

Exclusions to our refund policy – We are unable to accept returns of any Sale, Personalised, Perishable or Made to Order/Bespoke items.

How to return

Please contact a member of our team via email info@roseandleeinterior.com or call us on 0161 773 0626 to ask for a claim form. If the item was delivered by Royal Mail then you can post it back to us, however we do recommend you get a proof of postage from the post office when you do this.

If your item was delivered by parcel courier e.g. UPS, then call us to arrange collection, on 0161 773 0626

For furniture, please email us; info@roseandleeinterirors.com or call us on 0161 773 0626 and we will organise for the courier to collect from you.

Please ensure all items are thoroughly checked for any damage at the point of delivery. If an item is received in a damaged condition the customer must notify Rose and Lee Interiors immediately. A replacement will be provided free of charge. If the customer signs for the goods and adds a note that they have not been checked, this is done at the customer’s risk – the goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good condition, as it cannot be shown that any damage was caused before delivery of the goods.
