The delivery for each item is costed individually depending on the size and value of it. Please see the product descriptions for more information.

You can order by clicking ‘to buy’ on our secure site or by calling us on 0161 773 0626. (Sometimes we can be out sourcing new items so if you get our answerphone please leave a message and we’ll call you back).

When you place your order we will contact you within 24 hours by email to notify you that we have received it and give you an approximate delivery date. For furniture orders we will notify you again nearer the time of dispatch to confirm the exact date and approximate time. If the item is not in stock then we will let you know when it will be so that you have the opportunity to choose between cancelling your order or waiting for it.

Upon confirmation of payment we will ship your order to you straight away usually between 2-5 working days. For furniture items, we aim to deliver within 2-4 weeks. This can be longer if the item is out of stock. All sofas and chairs are handmade to order and take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. The delivery turnaround time will be stated on the product page.

  • Products under 750g – Will be sent with Royal Mail first class post

  • Products 750g – 5kg – Will be sent with Royal Mail tracked post

  • Products over 5kg – Will be sent with UPS or City Link Parcel Courier

It is your responsibility to check that the items that you have ordered will fit into your home prior to delivery. Please allow for the fact that, as most of our furniture is handmade, the dimensions specified on the site can vary by 1-2cm. If your item is large then check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn

Collections

Collections are available from our shop Tuesday - Saturday, 10.00 -17.00
Please note that we request you call to confirm your collection date at least 48 hours in advance. Please call our customer service team on 0161 773 0626.

Accepting your delivery

Please ensure all items are thoroughly checked for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier signed or not signed for no responsibility can be taken by Rose & Lee Interiors for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
