Do you have a catalogue?
No, we do not have a catalogue, the nature of our business mean many items are one off, original antique or vintage pieces of which we would generally only have one of an item at any time.
What are your opening hours?
Orders can be placed on the website 24 hours a day, if you want to place an order over the phone or if you need to discuss a specific item/order with us then our office hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm. If you leave us a phone message or email then we promise to get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I get more information on a product and some more pictures?
Yes, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you as much information as we can.
When will you take payment for my order?
All payments are taken in full at the time the order is placed.
What is Paypal?
Paypal is an online payment service where you can use your credit or debit card to make payments even if you do not have a Paypal account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Paypal and UK bank transfers. If you are paying by credit/debit card and have ordered more than one item which can be delivered together, your delivery/postage charge will be adjusted accordingly before we charge payment.
Do you ship abroad?
We will ship items internationally at an additional cost, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
I was not in when my item was delivered what should I do?
Any large furniture delivery will require a pre-arranged delivery appointment which will be booked via our customer service team, so this can be avoided. Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier, normally a calling card will be left which will tell you what to do next. Royal Mail will normally take your parcel to a local postal office for your collection, whilst Couriers will mostly attempt to make delivery again on the next working day.
